Iraqi court sentences two MPs to seven years for illicit enrichment

Iraq’s Central Anti-Corruption Criminal Court sentenced two lawmakers to seven years in prison each, the Federal Commission of Integrity (FCoI) announced on Wednesday, for what it described as “illicit enrichment,” amid an ongoing anti-corruption crackdown.
