Iraq allocates $12M for border crossings with Syria as trade hits record high

The Iraqi Premier allocated over $12 million to develop three border crossings, as trade exchange reached “highest level,” the Iraqi Border Ports Authority told state media on Tuesday, as the country is diversifying its export routes amid regional trade disruptions.
