Peshmerga minister says unification boosts capabilities, seeks pay parity

Unifying the Peshmerga forces can strengthen their capabilities by ending party affiliation and help them secure their full financial entitlements from the Iraqi state, Peshmerga Minister Shoresh Ismail told on Monday.
